The final phase of the Z.F. production cycle is an orderly and professional product assembly and packaging service.
The assembly is entirely carried out manually inside the company so as to ensure the required attention to product quality control.
Accurate checks are carried out on the material during the assembly phase: all the parts are inspected so that any anomaly that may emerge in this final phase can be resolved quickly and internally.
This makes it possible to reduce delivery times, as well as guarantee the distribution of material in accordance with customer requests.
There is an assembly line that is arranged according to the type of product to be assembled: 4 assembly lines with roller conveyor and 4 fixed islands (operator stations) are used.
In the final packaging phase, 2 automatic packaging stations are used, realized through the use of automatic strapping machines for binding the protective packaging of boxes and pallets.
